Sportswomen Miesha Tate

 Miesha Theresa Tate ( born August 18, 1986) is an American professional mixed martial artist. She is currently a competitor in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) which she was the previous UFC Women's Bantamweight champion. Tate formerly competed for Strikeforce where she is a past Strikeforce Women's Bantamweight Champion. Tate was vice-president of ONE Championship. She currently ranks in the top 10 in UFC women's bantamweight list on October 3, 2022.



 



 Early life



 Tate was the daughter of Michelle Tate and Robert Schmidt. She was born in Tacoma, Washington. Being a typical teenager she frequently hung out with the boys in her neighborhood at playgrounds.
